Bamboos Consulting · Technical resources

From AI demonstrations to measurable systems

Research-based methods, reference architectures, and technical examples for evaluating agentic AI, robotics, edge intelligence, and computational simulation.

This library connects practical engineering questions with published research and reproducible software. It separates demonstrated results from reference designs and work still under development.

Areas of work

Engineering questions addressed

Resources are organized by the decisions technical teams need to make, rather than by technology labels alone.

01 · Agentic AI

Reliability and workflow evaluation

How can tool-using agents be tested for correct actions, authorization boundaries, failure recovery, and observable state changes before operational deployment?

Related software and research

02 · Robotics

Robotics and edge intelligence

How should perception, inference, supervisory control, and fallback mechanisms be separated and assessed in a robotic or industrial system?

Reference architecture in preparation

03 · Industrial vision

Computer vision and inspection

What evidence is needed to evaluate defect detection, false negatives, robustness to changing conditions, inference latency, and inspection throughput?

Evaluation material in preparation

04 · Simulation

Agent-based models and computational experiments

How can synthetic populations, controlled experiments, and sensitivity analysis help assess mechanisms and decision alternatives when direct experiments are constrained?

Methodological approach

Published research and software

These resources have public, persistent source links. Software is presented as a reproducible training and research artifact, not as a certified production deployment.

Software · Zenodo · Version 1.0.0

MCP-Based Agentic Workflow for Enterprise Maintenance Training

A reproducible enterprise-workflow example integrating LangGraph orchestration, MCP tools, synthetic invoice operations, an optional model summarization layer, and maintenance and evaluation materials.

Planned

Industrial Vision Evaluation Framework

An application-oriented framework for inspection accuracy, operating-point selection, changing imaging conditions, and resource-constrained inference.

Methodology

How technical evidence is established

The publication method emphasizes traceable claims, measurable outcomes, and explicit limitations. A reference architecture is a design artifact; it is not evidence that an industrial system has been implemented or certified.

Define the decision

Specify the operational task, system boundary, assumptions, and what would constitute success or failure.

Construct the evaluation

Identify baselines, scenarios, observable outcomes, critical events, and relevant performance metrics.

Run reproducible tests

Record source versions, environments, data provenance, execution traces, and uncertainty where applicable.

State the limits

Distinguish measured findings, simulated illustrations, unexecuted tests, and proposed extensions.

Selected external foundations

Industry and academic context

Selected independent sources inform the evaluation questions and the broader application context. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of Bamboos Consulting or validation of a particular implementation.

Technical collaboration

Discuss a feasibility or evaluation problem

Typical starting points include an agent evaluation protocol, a robotics or edge-AI architecture review, a controlled pilot, or a simulation-based assessment of alternatives. Scope and deliverables are defined against the specific technical question.
